East Side
This is a very narrow shelf layout as space is limited:
The left hand side is covered in grass which allows some padding for people going down the hatch below. I will add a few trees if I can fit them in.
The right hand side will have a river with a lift up bridge. I was going to do one based on the Buzzards’ Bay bridge on the Cape Cod canal (right) but may do a Scherzer rolling lift bridge instead as the vertical height is limited by the slope of the roof. There will be a series of piles and small boats along the edge.
