We started the BOD meeting at 8:30 and ran until 18:30. We did nip out at lunch time to Westside Trains to buy something for Charlie Getz. I bought MRP 2014.
Bob Amsler had a Margaritaville cocktail that comes in a full size plastic blender. I had blender envy but couldn’t drink that much!
We walked around a couple of places and ended up at the hotel steakhouse – one of the most expensive meals of my life. Vegas is not cheap! I had half a dozen oysters followed by Filet Mignon and asparagus. With half a bottle of wine, that came to over $100! Cheaper than Gordon Ramsay which was one suggestion.
It was great to see the other Directors again but we were so busy, we barely had time to catch up; maybe in Cleveland.
