Well the truck’s done. I wouldn’t call it stellar or even mediocre but it’s finished and I’m now watching paint dry, literally. I’m actually trying to load photos into WordPress but yet again, ios8 screws up. Apparently it’s broken the photo uploader. Typical. I keep thinking thank goodness my phone is still 7 something but I can’t even get that to log into WordPress!
Anyway, I’ve got the three vehicles finished and have painted a bit of old desk black as the base. I’ve been trying to do smaller bases so they fit in my house but they looked cramped. No point spending two years on a project to screw it up at the last minute!
Hooray, my iPhone has got its jive on and loaded up the photos but WordPress keeps deleting what I’ve written. Thank goodness I’m going out soon.
This is the stretch of Freeway 110 in San Bernadino County, California, that Optimus and Bonecrusher start their fight. I’m modelling Bonecrusher when he’s flipping trucks that are in his way.
Here are my three finished vehicles: a Meng truck, a Buffalo MPCV as Bonecrusher and a Stryker that will probably go on another diorama if I can ever find a Megatron.
