How to Model Deadfall or Sunken Branches

How to Model Deadfall or Sunken Branches

Deadfall or sunken branches can be found in most rivers or streams as well as many lakes and ponds. They get jammed in along edges, rocks or into each other. They are easy to model using natural materials, preferably those that have been weathered outside for a while. I used Rosemary twigs and bits out of my garden bark that I use to mulch my garden beds. They all have that wonderful grey patina that comes from weathering and age.
