MaK Diorama

For the next few weeks I’ll be posting some of my Maschinen Krieger diorama photos.

For those of you who have never heard of Maschinen Krieger, it is a science fiction universe created by Japanese artist and sculptor Kow Yokoyama in the 1980s.

This diorama is set on an industrial mining colony, a very cold icy one. The three workers are on top of a gantry and one has unfortunately slipped. As one of his team rushes to help, the other looks on and points whilst the automated sentries just stand and look, helpless.
