Ice

I wanted a large antenna covered in icicles and snow.

This is actually a lego Space Needle (Seattle) which always strikes me as a very alien antenna like structure. I’ve been up there 3 times (the real one) and love it. It’s a great place to people and scenery watch. We ate dinner in the rotating restaurant whilst watching the sun set. Magic.

Icicles were done by using epoxy glue over fishing line. Time has shown that this does work as long as you don’t mind yellow bent icicles! They’re not quite bananas but they do have their issues.

Overall, I’m pleased how this came out though.
