Photo of the Week – City Canyons III
Hong Kong is a city of hills; it’s built on the side of a mountain. Man has built as high as he can but they are still dwarfed by the Peak… Looking down one last canyon, you can see the market stalls at the bottom all the way up, past the neon signs, to the air conditioning units and on upwards to the tops of the glass and steel monoliths.
It is amazing to see so much humanity in one place and even in this city of towering buildings, there is still time to wander along and buy flowers and fruit to fill your tiny flat.
