Skutt City

Welcome to Rauh Skutta, a moon-sized city known by the locals as Skutt City.  

The Severna system has 9 planets with countless moons.  The main planet, Severna Prime, was the first to be colonised but vast tracts of it were inhospitable.  That did not put off the early settlers but soon the available land was filled and to open up new territory a terra-forming campaign was started.  Campaigns on a planetary level were expensive and to fund it the early colonisers charged a levy to all who landed in the main spaceports.  A flourishing black market encouraged bootleggers for all trade off world and even above-board shippers looked for an easy spot to transfer goods – settling on the small moon of Rauh Skutta.

Over the years the small settlement on the moon grew larger and larger and gained a reputation as THE place on the outer rim to go if you needed anything – goods, services or manpower – honest or criminal – no questions asked.  The settlement soon became a city before long filled the surface of the moon.  The only way to grow was up and level after level was built.  As new levels came online, the more affluent moved up leaving the lower levels to the poor or criminal.  Over time, the moon’s surface became unstable with lava flows running rampant across the lowest parts of the city.  Whole levels became lost or walled up for safety.  The lifts don’t travel to the surface levels of the moon any more but there are still ways down if you know how.  Occasionally, the brave or the desperate venture down to the lower levels…

Level Guide

Taken from the journal of the famed urban explorer, Hyakt “Highline” Tamillt.  He claims to have visited every level but as there are over 5,000, many take his claims with a pinch of salt.  At the very least, he has explored some of the more notorious levels.
